Roughly ~75 lbs. of All Natural, 100% Duroc/Berkshire Pork

Valley Gold's Tennessee Duroc pork program is sourced exclusively from Red Hill Farms in Lafayette, Tennessee.  Bart Jones and his family at Red Hill have been raising hogs on their farm near the Kentucky state line since the 1950's.  

You will need roughly ~5-7 cubic ft. of chest freezer space per half hog.
