Valley Gold's half cow offerings are sourced directly from Doddy Creek Farms in Normandy, Tennessee.  For years, Doddy Creek has invested in registered Akaushi Wagyu genetics to breed with their F1 cross of Angus and Charolais cows and the resulting beef speaks for itself.
